An Overview of the Ordering Process: Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and instructions on how to send us your artwork. Then, one of our customer care experts will be assigned to oversee your order. They will check product availability, review your order for any potential problems with artwork, imprint issues or delivery times, and make sure to offer you any recommendations should you find our expertise to be helpful.

Once your order is reviewed, you will be faxed a Sales Order acknowledgement along with a PDF proof showing the artwork to be imprinted on your selected item. Please return this Sales Order acknowledgement within 24 hours so as not to affect your In-Hands date. Late approvals from customers may require expedited shipping methods or in some cases rush production charges. If you require any modification to the art or anything else on the order, please note it on the Sales Order acknowledgment and fax it back to us immediately.

Returns: After the Sales order acknowledgment approving the artwork to be imprinted is returned, it will be sent to production for decoration (imprinting, screen printing, embroidery, etc). After the product has been imprinted on (according to the faxed proof) there are no product returns accepted.

Pre-Production Proofs: We can produce an actual product proof of your item with your imprint, prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all large orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge for screens and setups plus the cost of the item and can add 5-10 days to the order process.

Artwork: We require Production ready artwork, and to be in EPS (encapsulated post script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) for PC format. Please convert all text to outlines when possible.

The following artwork is not considered Production Ready: photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art that needs to be resized, low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 1200 dpi, photocopies, faxed art, letterhead, business cards, Web images or any other art that needs to be touched-up, color separated, or multi-color art that is to be made one-color or otherwise improved. Stats, PMTs or computer scans of the above are also not considered Production ready. If you send black and white 1200 dpi laser prints at 200% larger than actual size, we can have the art converted into the proper AI or EPS format at a cost. Please obtain a quote for that from us prior to actually placing the order.
